HASP HL and HASP SRM Emulation issues
HASPHL2010 uses advanced HASP HL and SRM dongles emulation however in some cases it requires having special file. This file is called HLCODE.txt and stored in the root of your C: drive. It contains all information your program requested from HASP HL or HASP SRM dongle. When you send us dump file it already contains information about all of your queries and when your trial is ready in your user area account you can find this file. However when your software is updated those information is also updated and you need to dump your key again. All you need is connect your key and Clean storage button from "Dongles" tab and run your software. New queries and responses will be stored in c:\hlcode.txt file and all you need to use new version on other computer s is copying new updated hlcode.txt. This method is useful when you do not want to contact us with dump files each time the software is updated.
Vista x64 issues
Vista x64 and Windows 7 requires special driver signature.
You can used F8 on bootup and then selected to disable check for signed drivers or enable test signature using Driver Signature Enforcement Overrrider utility. All you need is to disable User Access Control (UAC) in your Control Panel, reboot the computer, then start Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider, select "Enable Test mode" option, then reboot your system again. Then Dongle emulator driver will be ready for running within your system environment.
