To get free trial version of dongle emulator and make sure it is compatible with your software and environment it is necessary to read your key. We call this process Dongle dumping and file that contains all the information required for dongle emulation we call Dump file.
In fact dongle dumping is quite easy. All you need is downloading HASPHL2010, unpacking ZIP file, dongle driver installation, running your software, dumping your key and sending back dump file.
You can download latest version of HASPHL2010.zip for Windows x32/x64 from this link:
Please click HASPHL2010.zip to enter into ZIP archive. Then you can copy and paste HASHL2010 to your C:\HASPHL folder for example. We decided not to make any kind of installation for this product so it can function within your system without any traces.
Then you need to launch HASPHL2010 clicking it from the explorer. If there were no previous installation you will see "Drivers" tab.
Please click "Install driver" button to install HASPHL2010 Dumper. You can also check "Stealth installation" as additional option that will not allow your software to detect HASPHL2010 driver.
HASPHL2010 installs low level driver within your system so it is required to have Administrators privileges, in other words make sure you have logged in as administrator before HASP dongle emulator driver installation.
Then you should open "Dongles" tab and start service. When service is successful started you should see Service started status, Computer ID and HASPHL version information.
The next step is starting your software. Make sure your key is connected to computer.
Then open Dumper Tab and if everything is ok you should see numbers in "HASP/HL" window. Then you are ready to press "Dump" button. If everything is ok, you will see "Dumping successful" message in status window and file that has .DMP extension for HASP key or .BIN extension for Hardlock will be created in the folder containing HASPHL2010.exe. Please do not worry if you see couple of passwords but only one file is created. It means your software tries to find couple of keys for different configurations for example.
The next step is sending us the dump file. The easiest way is to attach this file to e-mail and we get back with login and password to user area account where you can download trial version of dongle emulator.
- If no passwords appear in "HASP/HL" window and "Dump" button is grayed, we suggest following troubleshooting procedure:
- disconnect your keys;
- download and install latest HASP SRM drivers from : http://www.ealaddin.com/support/hasp/enduser.asp;
- reboot your computer;
- connect your dongle;
- repeat dumping procedure. If it doesn't help, please contact us.
